QuickCase

Frequently Asked Questions

What is QuickCase?

QuickCase is a free online tool designed to quickly and easily convert text between various cases, such as uppercase, lowercase, title case, sentence case, and more. It helps with text formatting for various needs.

Is QuickCase free to use?

Yes, QuickCase is completely free to use, with no hidden costs, subscriptions, or feature limitations.

Do you store my text data?

No, absolutely not. All text processing and conversion happens client-side, directly in your web browser. Your text data is never sent to our servers, stored, or shared with anyone. We prioritize your privacy.

How do I use the text converters?

Simply type or paste your text into the input area on the homepage. Then, click the button corresponding to the case you wish to convert to (e.g., "Uppercase," "Lowercase," "Title Case"). The converted text will appear in the output area, ready for you to copy.

What's the difference between Title Case and Capitalized Case?

Title Case typically capitalizes the first letter of each major word in a title (e.g., "The Quick Brown Fox"). Minor words like "a," "an," "the," "and," "but," "for," "nor," "of," "on," "to" are usually not capitalized unless they are the first or last word.

Capitalized Case (or Sentence Case without punctuation handling for first word) simply capitalizes the first letter of every word (e.g., "The Quick Brown Fox").

Sentence Case capitalizes only the first letter of the first word of each sentence, and proper nouns (e.g., "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. He is fast."). QuickCase's Sentence Case function will primarily focus on the first word of the input paragraph.

Can I use this on mobile devices?

Yes, QuickCase is designed to be fully responsive and works seamlessly on mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers.

Do I need to create an account?

How accurate are the conversions?
